Blast furnace self baking carbon block: a new type of carbonaceous lining material researched and developed by Chinese scientific and technological personnel. It uses high-quality low ash high-temperature electric calcined anthracite and silicon carbide as the main raw materials, mixed with various ultrafine powder additives, coal oil or composite resin as binders, and is made into carbon block products by high-frequency pressure and vibration molding. It has the advantages of high density, high compressive strength, small residual shrinkage and average pore size, high thermal conductivity, and strong alkali resistance.
